Buono Hotel - Naples

Couldn't recommend more for a mini-vacation

Comfortable room, convenient location, and friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay, especially with the refreshing air conditioning and the quick access to public transportation right outside.

The overall cleanliness needs to be consistent!!! Showers had inconsistent water temperatures which were frustrating!!! The surrounding area felt unsafe at night!!!

Friendly staff and quiet environment near the airport.

Upon arriving, I felt concerned about the neighborhood's safety. The room, while small, felt cramped and made moving around quite difficult.

1.7 kms from station when in fact it states close to station..took 40 mins to walk it with suit cases. Nearest restaurant open was 1.5 kms away. No bar/restaurant facilities that were open. Location miles from anyway and next door virtually to what looked like a huge prison!!!

The Buono is a great place to stay near the Naples airport. It's a 10 minute drive from the airport. The rooms are clean and the public spaces are pretty. Desk staff are very nice. The neighborhood is kind of scruffy but that's what you get near the airport. Breakfast was excellent.

enjoyed the place, had a wonderful stay on vacation. stayed in good-sized and updated room with a tv. the workers were superfriendly and pretty friendly. the breakfast was very very good with nice pastries, incredible food.

Small but cozy room with air conditioning, private bathroom, shower, and free toiletries. Nice TV and pay-per-view channels for entertainment. Staff were helpful. The spa facilities were a highlight-really relaxing. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Perfect for a quick stay. Plus the hotel was clean and quiet.

The breakfasts were satisfactory and the service was good. Got triple room by the telephone as expected, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little rude.

The room didn't have any windows, the staff when we arrived didn't seem too friendly, the fire alarm went off and on throughout the evening and there was a light that flashed throughout the night as well! The location of the hotel was in an awful place and really far away from the train station.

I had a short stay at a hotel right before a flight, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Although the lobby looked a bit dated on arrival, inside the main gate, the facilities were quite modern, and the bed provided a comfortable rest after a hectic trip. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was enjoyable, especially with the clean setup. I appreciated the quick access to the airport for my early morning departure, which made my transit much smoother.

Very clean and new. Impressive lobby, driveway, bar, bathroom in room. Flat screen TV, large room, very nice bathroom with a full shower, tiles... great price. A real unexpected Gem in the neighborhood. The hotel has private garage parking, and is great if you commute by car to see this historic city. Close to the airport. Friendly bar/eatery across the street.

Unpleasant location in Napoli. Unkempt houses/building, garbage laying on streets on the car ride from there. No refrigerator in the room, also no movies available for Pay-Per-View. Staff did not understand English, so were unable to communicate about surrounding sites, parking, and whether the bar in the lobby was functional/staffed or not, but we were in Italy not America so that was expected.

Very conveniently situated near the airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The fact that the restaurant was closed and we had to have breakfast at the bar. It should have been international buffet but only got a croissant, orange juice and coffee. An extra pillow would have been nice, but we compromised by using rolled up towels.

Do not book this as a quick overnight stay in Naples if travelling forward. From the train station you have to walk past some very undesirable areas of the city. Taxi's are very expensive, but the safest way to get there.

Finding a clean bed at at the end of a horrid day driving around lost in a horrid city - Napoli! We had run out of Euros and the manager on duty allowed us to add the cab charge to our room bill and then he paid cash to the cab driver.

There is no restaurant in this hotel as the description indicated. The staff are unfriendly and spoke none to very little Italian (we are English speakers) so we had difficulty getting out needs met, e.g., the controls for the air conditioner were not easy to figure out so when requested help, the desk person was angry and very unhappy that I needed him to come to my room to fix it and at that, it barely emitted enough air to cool 4 square feet.
